Directions to access secured homeowner section of website

  • Access the Resident Portal HERE. 

You will be redirected to a secured CAM Team website. If you do not have an account for this side of the website you will need to register first. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your password.

  • To see your account history; hover over Account Information then click Account Info
  • To pay your assessments; hover over Account Information then click Pay Assessments
  • To access the document library for financials, minutes and quotes click Documents. The documents are then listed by folder on the left hand side.

Board Meeting

The Board of Directors Budget Workshop meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 6:30pm at the Lakecrest Clubhouse. Click HERE to view the agenda.

A Special Meeting of Members regarding amendments to the Articles of Incorporation was held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 6:30pm at the clubhouse.  The reconvened meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 6:15pm, to be followed by the Budget Meeting.
